We have policies in our company handbook that mentions it’s required to sleep at our facility if there’s instability in the country. “Haiti problems isn’t the Client problems” is our motto. It is indeed a fact that Haiti is a third-world country in terms of Socio-economic standing however, due to the persistence of the government and its private sector, the advancement of Haiti as a country with regard to education and professional strides have opened the doors for more investors to consider Haiti as a quality outsource pool.

HIRING PROCESS
First the applicant completes the online application on our website, a video is required to check if the candidate level of English, French, Creole, or Spanish is up to part, if qualified, an assessment test goes out to the candidate, if the assessment is passed we bring them in for a personal interview, then onboard if qualified.
At Buzz INCC we believe in 80% mindset & 20% business, we have wonderful meetings Monday-Friday discussing business such as KPIs, targets & etc. We also discuss growth and mindset building daily. We train everyday on sales, customer service, & we role play daily to ensure excellence.
